One of the great things we have here in the High Country are trails! Do you own a property and are curious if you have access to trails? Chances are, you do! With a rich history of logging, old logging roads are everywhere in western NC, and they make great trails! With high quality elevation data and a little bit of GIS magic, we can reveal the trails that have been hidden from view for decades. We are also set up to help you plan trails if you are interested in constructing your own, using points of interest and elevation data to find the best route for you!
